The University Library’s makerspace is a place where any members of the CSUSM community can gather to create, invent, tinker, explore, discover and learn new skills using a variety of tools and materials. This space will house tools, equipment and supplies that will be available for use by staff, faculty and students.
Monthly workshops and weekly drop-in hours will be held on Wednesdays from 12pm–3pm in the University Library, in room 4400.
Any experience level will be welcome – mistake-making and experimentation is inherent to the making process. Whether you’ve been making things all your life or don’t know a bobbin from a brayer, if you want to make something then CSUSM’s makerspace is the place to make it!
It’s free!
