Login Help for Interlibrary Loan

How do I login?

Use you campus username and password to login. This is the same username and password you use to login at the computers or Webmail.

I don't have a campus username and password

If you haven't set-up your username and password, you need to visit the Student Technology Help Desk on the second floor of the Kellogg Library.

I have submitted Interlibrary Loan requests successfully in the past. However, now when I request an item, login successfully and hit 'Submit', I am sent back to the login screen. 

We have found that this is usually caused by old cookies saved in your browser. The first thing to try is to clear your browser of cookies and cache.  Since each browser brand and operating system may have their own steps use this resource at University of Wisconsin - Madison help page to locate instructions for you OS and browser brand.  Alternatively use Google or Bing to search 'clear cache and cookies' plus the OS and browser (i.e  "clear cache and cookies Mac Safari"). If this does not help, please contact us via the Need Help options on our library home page or call LTID Support at 760-750-4358.
