Join the CSUSM University Library in welcoming Britton Neubacher as she discusses her work and inspiration for creating her spring Context Exhibit, "e m e r g e n c e" on view in person in the Library’s 3rd floor exhibit space or online.
The exhibition is a collection of plant-based sculpture and assemblage created by Britton Neubacher, M.A. (B.A. and M.A. in Women’s Studies with a focus on community organizing) and full-time artist. Neubacher’s sustainably-minded work explores nature’s organizing principles of adaptation, integration, and renewal through fractal geometries and “suspended animation” materials.
