Cesar Chavez chronicles the inspirational story behind Chavez and his civil rights revolution for farm workers. This biopic follows the personal life and struggles of Chavez as he organized the farm worker movement, advocating for living wages and better working conditions. Starring Michael Peña, America Ferrera, Rosario Dawson, and John Malkovich, directed by Diego Luna.

Advocacy activities will include:
· Writing postcards to members of Congress about farmworker rights, immigration, and other issues students care deeply about.
· Creating buttons sharing “What’s Your Revolution”: what do you believe is worth fighting for? What keeps you motivated?
