Media Edit Rooms

 The media library offers two editing rooms in which students can capture from a variety of media including VHS tapes, DV (Digital Video) mini cassettes, and audio cassettes. Additionally, any student supplied device with an S-Video, Composite, or Firewire output can connect via our Canopus Digital Video Converter.

The media edit rooms are located on the second floor of the University Library building in rooms 2106 and 2107.

Equipment Available

(Kellogg 2107 only) A state of the art multimedia cart containing a VCR/DVD combo unit, a DV tape player/recorder, a cassette deck, and headphone amp

(Kellogg 2106 only) A DVD/VCR combo unit which allows easy capturing from VHS tapes
